Engineer Alaa El-Din Nasser Al Zoubi officially assumed his duties as a member of the Board of Commissioners on September 21, 2025. He was also appointed Secretary-General of the Jordan Securities Commission on September 22, 2025.
Mr. Al Zoubi is an expert in Information Technology and Digital Transformation, with extensive work experience across multiple ministries and government institutions.
Mr. Al Zoubi was the Project Manager specializing in large-scale digital transformation projects at both national and institutional levels.
Over 25 years of hands-on experience in managing infrastructure, networks, systems, and digital services.
He had a proven track record in leading initiatives in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Big Data, Cloud Computing, and Cybersecurity.
Mr. Al Zoubi had skills in building and managing cross-functional teams to deliver strategic results on time and within budget.
He holds B.Sc. in Computer and Communication Engineering, M.Sc. in Computer and Communication Engineering and Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Project Management.
Beside to that, he holds many critical professional Certifications such as PMP – Project Management Professional (PMI), PBA – Professional in Business Analysis (PMI), ACP – Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI) and EFQM – Certified Assessor (European Foundation for Quality Management).
moreover, He is Holder of numerous other specialized certifications in Project Management, Digital Transformation, and Information Technology, Awarded the Order of Independence, Third Class and Recipient of several national and international honors and certificates recognizing achievements in Project Management and Digital Transformation.
