Important notice issued by JSC Board of Commissioners\August 2009

Reference to JSC Board of Commissioners decision no. 463/2009 on Jul.21.2009, relevant to prohibiting the following Messers. Sa’ad Sa’adoon Mahmood Al-Bunyah, Samer Ali Kleef Al-Shawawerah and Naser Abd Al-Gany Mahmood Mahmood from dealings in banks and public shareholding companies shares that have a great ownership in banks, and after discussing the memorandum of the Surveillance Department on Aug.30.2009, attached to it the letter of Mr. Samer Al-Shawawerah, in which he ensured the JSC on Aug.26.2009 that he fully adheres to the laws, regulations and instructions governing the Jordan Capital Market. He also requested that JSC reviews the aforementioned decision. The Board of Commissioners decided to cancel the temporary procedure mentioned in decision no. 463/2009 on July 21.2009 and allow the aforementioned Messers to deal in the previously prohibited shares, by virtue of the law and any legislations issued pursuant to it.
