Jordan Securities Commission Registers New Securities

On November 5.2012 Jordan Securities Commission (JSC) Board of Commissioners chaired by H.E Mr. Mohammed Saleh Hourani, decided to approve new securities registration at (JSC) by virtue of the Provisions of Article (5) of the Securities Law No. (76) for the year 2002 & to address the Securities Depository Center (SDC) to register them:

Registration of the 47th issuance of Jordanian treasury bonds for the year 2012 at a maturity date on September 30.2014, at a value of JD (50) million.
Registration of the 48th issuance of Jordanian treasury bonds for the year 2012 at a maturity date on October 4.2015, at a value of JD (50) million.
Registration of the 49th issuance of Jordanian treasury bonds for the year 2012 at a maturity date on October 10.2014, at a value of JD (50) million.
Registration of the 50th issuance of Jordanian treasury bonds for the year 2012 at a maturity date on October 14.2015, at a value of JD (50) million.
Registration of the 51st issuance of Jordanian treasury bonds for the year 2012 at a maturity date on October 16.2014, at a value of JD (50) million.
Registration of capital increase in shares of Jordan Commercial Bank of (17.230.102) million shares, via public offer to shareholders at a nominal value of JD (1) per share, enforcing the relevant prospectus & settling fees as deemed proper.
Registration of the 17th issuance of Jordanian treasury bills for the year 2012 at a maturity date on September 26.2013, at a value of JD (50) million.
Registration of the 18th issuance of Jordanian treasury bills for the year 2012 at a maturity date on October 8.2013, at a value of JD (50) million.
