Al-Hourani inaugurates the annual conference of the Arab Federation of Exchanges 2016

 Deputizing for the Prime Minister, Dr. Abdullah Ensour, the Chairman of the Securities Commission, Mr. Muhammad Saleh Al-Hourani, inaugurated this morning the annual conference of the Arab Federation of Exchanges 2016, whose current session is chaired by the Amman Stock Exchange, and hosted by the Jordanian capital, Amman, for two days, with the participation of more than 18 Arab stock exchanges and a large number of centers Depository and brokerage firms and a large number of experts representing stock markets, financial market regulators, brokerage firms, investment fund managers, investment banks, a number of portfolio managers, research firms listed on the Amman Stock Exchange, international rating agencies, technical organizations, and local, regional and international banks.
The conference aims to contribute to the development of Arab stock exchanges, enhance their integration, and ways to increase their liquidity, develop the IPO market in Arab capital markets, and raise awareness of the latest developments related to the capital sector.
In his speech delivered on his behalf by the Chairman of the JSC, the Prime Minister welcomed the guests participating in the conference in Jordan, in the kingdom of goodness and harmony, in the rosy land of Petra, and the land of ancient and ancient history , where history is enchanted in every corner of this ancient land.
Al-Nusour appreciated the tireless efforts made by the Arab Federation of Exchanges and the organizers of the conference, which appeared at the highest levels at a time when the general investment climates, and in all countries of the world, required the utmost levels of cooperation , planning and know-how.
He expressed his pleasure when he was briefed on the content of the topics covered by the conference, as they cover all the affairs and concerns of the financial markets, through speakers the Kingdom is proud to host in its territory, to make its territory a landmark , incubating discussions of important and constructive topics, between our emerging Arab markets and the developed global markets, pointing out these axes are at the heart of Jordan's interest, with its difficulties and prospects, and Jordan has its aspirations and perceptions in this regard.
