Jordan Securities Commission Registers New Securities on August 10.2014

On August 10.2014 Jordan Securities Commission Board of Commissioners chaired by HE Mr Mohammed Saleh Hourani decided by virtue of the provisions of Article (5) of the Securities Law No. (76) For the Year 2002, to register the following securities and to address the Securities Depository Center (SDC) to register them, respectively:

1.Fifth issuance of Jordanian Treasury Bills for the year 2014 at a maturity date on June 9.2015, at a value of JD (50) million.
2.Forty one issuance of Jordanian Treasury Bonds for the year 2014 at a maturity date on June 3.2017, at a value of JD (50) million.
3.Forty two issuance of Jordanian Treasury Bonds for the year 2014 at a maturity date on June 5.2019, at a value of JD (50) million.
4.Forty six issuance of Jordanian Treasury Bonds for the year 2014 at a maturity date on July 8.2017, at a value of JD (50) million.
5.Forty seven issuance of Jordanian Treasury Bonds for the year 2014 at a maturity date on July 10.2017, at a value of JD (50) million.
6.Sixty four issuance of Water Authority Bonds at a maturity date on July 1.2019, at a value of JD (32.5) million.
