Jordan Securities Commission Registers New Securities on May 21.2014

On May 20.2014 Jordan Securities Commission Board of Commissioners chaired by HE Mr Mohammed Saleh Hourani decided by virtue of the provisions of Article (5) of the Securities Law No. (76) for the year 2002, to register the following securities and to address the Securities Depository Center (SDC) to register them, respectively:

1. Register capital increase in shares of Siniora Food Industries Company of (2.405.161) million shares, via capitalizing JD (2.405.161) from the retained earnings account. Distribute free shares to shareholders according to their contribution in the capital and settle fees duly.

2. Register capital increase in shares of Arab Banking Corporation (Jordan) of (10) million shares, via capitalizing JD (9.988.739) from the retained earnings account and JD (11.261) from the voluntary reserves account. Distribute free shares to shareholders according to their contribution in the capital and settle fees duly.

3. Register capital increase in shares of Jordanian Management and Consulting Company of (300.000) thousand shares, via capitalizing JD (300.000) from the retained earnings account. Distribute free shares to shareholders according to their contribution in the capital and settle fees duly.
