Official Gazette Publishes Regulation of Licensing Virtual Assets Services Providers and Instructions of Capital Adequacy

The Official Gazette published Regulation No. (94) for the Year 2025 - Regulation of Licensing Virtual Assets Services Providers VASP which shall come into effect (30) days after its publication thereof. The Regulation is issued in Accordance with Article (7) of Regulating the Dealing at Virtual Assets Law No. (14) for the Year 2025.
Furthermore, the Official Gazette published the Instructions of Financial Adequacy and Capital Adequacy for the Year 2025, which shall come into effect (270) days after its publication thereof. The Instructions were issued in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph (A) of Article (7) of Regulation No. (18) for the Year 2024 - Regulation of Capital Adequacy Standards for Financial Services Companies No. (18) for the Year 2024.
