Jordan Securities Commission Participates in 20th Annual High-Level Meeting on Financial Stability and Supervisory Priorities in Abu Dhabi

Jordan Securities Commission JSC, represented by member of the Board of Commissioners Dr. Mohammad Jaradat, participated in the 20th Annual High-Level Meeting on Financial Stability and Supervisory Priorities, held in Abu Dhabi and organized by Arab Monetary Fund AMF in partnership with the Financial Stability Institute FSI and Basel Committee on Banking Supervision of the Bank for International Settlements BIS.

JSC’s participation reflects commitment to staying abreast of latest supervisory developments and global trends in financial stability and interacting with policymakers and international experts.

The meeting addressed key topics, including: emerging risks and trends in Arab financial regulations, financial stability policies and supporting growth as well as, evolution of supervisory processes, regulation of stable coins, role of artificial intelligence AI in supervisory entities and liquidity risk management.

The meeting provides an advanced platform to enhance cooperation between Arab and international supervisory commissions, to exchange experiences on best supervisory practices, which contributes to supporting development of Arab financial markets and enhancing ability to face global challenges.
