Jordan Securities Commission Graces 7 Traded Companies to August 29.2013 to Provide 2012 Annual Reports prior to Suspending them

Since Jordan Securities Commission (JSC) is concerned to enhance the principle of disclosure & transparency, as well as to enhance its role in protecting investors via monitoring & regulating disclosure; in particular disclosure of Public Shareholding Companies (PSCs) Annual Reports & other periodic disclosures. It stresses the importance of disclosing & providing it with these Reports on their specified periods of time stipulated in the Law, its regulations & instructions.
  
Furthermore, the Commission stresses on (PSCs) that failed to provide their 2012 Annual Reports until this date despite of imposing monetary fines for violating the Instructions of Disclosure, to provide their Reports at maximum on Thursday August 29.2013, subject to taking further measures stipulated in the Securities Law including suspending the trading of these companies until the Commission is provided with the required Reports.

2. Ejada for Financial Investments.
3. Darwish Al- Khalili & Sons.
4. International Ceramic Industries.
5. Holy Land Insurance.
6. Taameer Jordan (Holdings).
7. Model Restaurants.
