Draft Project to Amend the Securities Law on May 22.2013

In 2010, Jordan Securities Commission (JSC) prepared a Draft Project to Amend the Securities Law & requested all relevant & concerned parties in the capital market to provide it with their suggestions. Afterwards, the Commission submitted the Draft Project to the Council of Ministers.
However, the Commission withdrew the Draft Project for further amendments due to contemporary developments.
To pursue our cooperation & partnership with all concerned parties in the capital market & to benefit from your experiences & opinions, we hope you will provide us with any new suggestions to amend the Securities Law within two weeks, prior to re-submitting it to the Council of Ministers.
