Return Trading in Shares of International Cards Company

On April 11.2013, Jordan Securities Commission (JSC) Board of Commissioners chaired by H.E Mr. Mohammed Saleh Hourani, decided to return trading in the shares of International Cards Company (ICC) on April 14.2013.
The Board’s took this decision pursuant to their April 7.2013 decision No. (133/2013) & pursuant to (ICC) disclosure on April 4.2013 No. 2013/7506/ICC. The (ICC) disclosure included the letter from International Master Cards Company to immediately suspend services provided via (ICC) without any previous notice of which shall substantially affect (ICC) revenues & dividends.
