Signing an MOU with the Yemen Securities Market and Stock Exchange

MOU was signed at JSC headquarters with the Unit Project of Securities Market and Stock Exchange in the Ministry of Finance at the Republic of Yemen. The aim of the signed MOU is to enhance mutual cooperation and coordination among both parties, in fields relevant to the organization and development of capital markets. On behalf of Jordan, the MOU was signed by Dr. Bassam Saket, Executive Chairman of JSC and on behalf of Yemen, by Mr. Jalal Omar Jacob, Deputy of External and Financial Relations at the Yemen Ministry of Finance.
The signing of the MOU was attended by the Yemen Ambassador in Jordan Mr. Hussain Taher Bin Yahya, JSC Board of Commissioners, JSC executive manage, members of the Board of Directors and executive managers at Jordan capital market institutions.
