Jordan Securities Commission Suspends Arab German Insurance Company on December 17.2012

On December 17.2012 Jordan Securities Commission (JSC) Board of Commissioners chaired by H.E Mr. Mohammed Saleh Hourani, decided to suspend trading of Arab German Insurance Company at Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) on December 18.2012 until further notice.
The Boards’ decision was taken in accordance with the Company’s external auditor notes on the 2011 audited & consolidated annual financial statements & for not providing the Commission with the 2012 reviewed interim semi-annual financial statements.
