• Approving the registration of capital increase in shares of Jordan Ahli Bank of 8,750,000 through the capitalization of  JD 8,750,000 of retained earnings and distribute them as stock dividends on pro-rata basis after paying the prescribed fees.
• Approving the registration of the seventh issuance of Treasury Bills for the year 2017 at a maturity date on 25/7/2017 at a value of JD 25 million, and registering the eighth issuance of Treasury Bills for the year 2017 at a maturity date on 25/10/2017 at a value of JD 25 million.
