1. Jordan Securities Commission (JSC) Board of Commissioners decided to accredit the following Companies as representatives of Brokerage Companies in the Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) Board of Directors:

• Global Investment House Company/Jordan.
• Ahli Brokerage Company.
• United Financial Investments Company.
• Mubadala Financial Investment Company.

2. By virtue of the Provisions of Article (17/B-2) of the Internal By-Law of the (ASE) of 2004 & its amendments, the Board of Commissioners decided to terminate the contracts of the two designated members by the (ASE) Board of Directors: Dr. Basheer Al-Zoubi & Mr. Azzam Yaiesh. The Board of Commissioners decided to appoint Dr. Adel Beno & Mr. Marwan Al-Batayneh as designated members in the (ASE) Board of Directors. The decision came into effect on March 18.2012.
