Board’s Decisions of 29/11/2021

Approving the registration of the following issues in Jordan Securities Commission, and addressing the Securities Depository Center to register them:
The forty-third issue of Jordanian treasury bonds for the year 2021, at a maturity7/11/2036, at a value of JD 100, for the period 15 years, the weighted average of acceptable interest   reached to  5.999%
The forty-four of Jordanian treasury bonds for the year 2021, at a maturity of 14/11/2024, at a value of JD 100 million, for the period 3 years, and the weighted average of acceptable interest reached to 3.366%.
Granting Mr.Nasr Saleh Ahmad Abd Al-Reze’ a license to perform activities of financial brokerage in local foreign market, after paying the prescribed fees.
