Board's Decisions of 6/6/2021

- Approving the registration of the following issues:

• Approving the registration of the twenty-second issue of the Jordanian treasury bonds for the year 2021, maturing on 6/5/2023, at a value of JD 50 million and for two years.

• Approving the registration of the twenty-third issue of the Jordanian treasury bonds for the year 2021, maturing on 9/5/2036, at a value of JD 75 million and for 15 years,

And addressing the Securities Depository Center to register them.

• Approving the registration of the first issue of Jordanian treasury bills issued in US Dollars for the year 2021, at a maturity date of 4/5/2022, at the value of UD $140 million, provided not listing these bills on the Amman Stock Exchange, and addressing the Securities Depository Center to register the bills.

• Approving the registration of the capital increase in shares of Petra Education of 4,000,000 million shares through capitalization of JD 4,000,000 from the retained earnings account and distributing them as stock dividends to the shareholders each by its share in the capital after payment of the prescribed fees.

• Approving the registration of the capital increase in shares of Siniora Food Industries of 1,000,000 million shares through capitalization of JD 1,000,000 from the retained earnings account and distributing them as stock dividends to the shareholders each by its share in the capital after payment of the prescribed fees.
