Board's Decision of 2/10/2019

- Approving the registration of Ms. Reem Younis Al-Assis to perform the activities of investment management and financial advisory in the local financial market, and excluding her from passing the prescribed exam after paying the prescribed fees of JD 50.

- Approving the registration of the following bonds:

• Approving the registration of the twentieth issue of treasury bonds for the year 2019, at a maturity of 24/12/2019 at a value of JD 125 million, for a period of 3 months, and an annual return of 3.663%.

• Approving the registration of the twenty-first issue of treasury bonds for the year 2019, at a maturity of 24/3/2020 at a value of JD 25 million, for a period of 6 months, and an annual return of 3.743%, and addressing the Securities Depository Center to register them.
