- Approving the registration of the first issue of Jordanian treasury bills issued in US Dollars for the year 2019, at a maturity date of 20/12/2019, at the value of UD $400 million, provided not listing these bills on the Amman Stock Exchange, and addressing the Securities Depository Center to register the bills.
- Approving the registration of the thirteenth issue of Jordanian treasury bills for the year 2019, at a maturity date of 24/9/2019, at a value of JD 25 million, and approving the registration of the fourteenth issue of Jordanian treasury bills for the year 2019, at a maturity of 24/12/2019, at a value of JD 25 million, and the registration of the fifteenth issue of Jordanian treasury bills for the year 2019, at a maturity of 24/6/2020, at a value of JD 25 million, and addressing the Securities Depository Center to register them.
- Approving the registration of the following bonds:
• The thirty-seventh issue of treasury bonds for the year (2019), maturing on 11/6/2024, at a value of JD 50 million, with an option to be reopened in the future without exceeding the amount of JD 200 million.
• The thirty-eighth issue of Jordanian treasury bonds for the year 2019, maturing on 11/6/2026, at a value of JD 50 million, with an option to be reopened in the future without exceeding the amount of JD 200 million.
• The forty-first issue of Jordanian treasury bonds for the year 2019, maturing on 7/7/2029, at a value of JD 50 million, with an option to be reopened in the future without exceeding the amount of JD 200 million.
• The forty-second issue of Jordanian treasury bonds for the year 2019, maturing on 7/7/2034, at a value of JD 50 million, with an option to be reopened in the future without exceeding the amount of JD 200 million.
- Approving the registration of Mr. Sameh Mohamed Attia to perform the activities of financial brokerage, after paying the prescribed fees.
