Board's Decisions of 6-August-2020

-  Approving the registration of Bandar for Investment and Trade of  2000 corporate bonds with a nominal value of JD 10.000 thousand per bond and a total value of JD 20.000, for terms of a maximum of 10 years  through the non-public offer of a number of persons not exceeding 30 persons, provided that:
1- Amending the conditions of the issuance and the custody agreement .
2-  Commitment that the number of subscribers to these bonds shall not exceed  30 persons.
3- Complete the procedures for issuing these bonds at the Securities Depository Center within a maximum period of 10 working days from the date of closing the subscription.
4-  Payment of the prescribed fees.
