- Granting Societe Generale Financial Brokerage Company a license to perform the activities of margin financing in the local financial market, provided that the company shall submit the following, in accordance with the provisions of Article (3/b) of the Regulation of Financial Services Licensing for and Registration for the year 2017:
* A bank guarantee to the order of the Commission at the amount of JD (250,000) two hundred and fifty thousand as specified by the Board of Commissioners.
* Payment the prescribed fees of JD 500.
* Amending the accounting systems of the margin financing system of the company and the Commission's approval on these procedures.
- Revoking the license of Noor Al Mal to perform the activities of the investment management in foreign exchanges.
