Board's Decisions of 7/7/ 2019

- Approving the registration of the eleventh issue of Jordanian treasury bills for the year 2019, at a maturity of 23/8/2019, at the value of JD (25) million, and the registration of the twelfth issue of Jordanian treasury bills for the year 2019, at the value of JD (25) million at a maturity of 23/11/2019, and addressing the Securities Depository Center Finance to register them.

- Approving the registration of bonds arising from the re-opening of the thirtieth issue of Jordanian treasury bonds, at the value of JD (50) million, and at a maturity date on 16/5/2022. Hence, the balance of the existing outstanding issuance reached JD 100 million according to the issuance conditions attached to the Central Bank letter, and addressing the Securities Depository Center to register the sold bonds at a value of JD 50 million, provided that registration of bonds arising from the opening of the issuance shall be considered upon the Ministry of Finance request.

- Approving the registration of capital increase of 7,717,500 shares through capitalization of retained earnings of JD 7,717,500 and distributing them as stock dividends to shareholders, each in proportion to his contribution in the capital, provided that the prescribed fees are paid.
