Board's Decisions of 19/6/2019

- Approving the registration of the following issues with the Commission according to the issuance conditions attached to the Central Bank letter, and addressing the Securities Depository Center to register the sold bonds, provided that registration of bonds arising from the opening of the issuance shall be considered upon the Ministry of Finance request:
1. The thirty-second issue of Jordanian treasury bonds for the year 2019, at a maturity of 21/5/2024, with the value of JD (50) million, with an option to be reopened in the future with an amount not exceeding JD 200 million.

2. The thirty-third issue of Jordanian treasury bonds for the year 2019, at a maturity of 21/5/2026, with the value of JD (50) million, with an option to be reopened in the future with an amount not exceeding JD 200 million.

3. The thirty-fourth issue of Jordanian treasury bonds for the year 2019, at a maturity of 27/5/2024, with the value of JD (50) million, with an option to be reopened in the future with an amount not exceeding JD 200 million.

- Approving the registration of the thirtieth issue of Jordanian treasury bonds for the year 2019, with the value of JD (50) million, at a maturity of 16/5/2022, with an option to be reopened in the future with an amount not exceeding JD 200 million, and the registration of the thirty-first issue of Jordanian treasury bills for the year 2019, with the value of JD (50) million, at a maturity of 16/5/2024, with an option to be reopened in the future with an amount not exceeding JD 200 million. These two issues shall be registered with the Commission according to the issuance conditions attached to the Central Bank letter, and addressing the Securities Depository Center to register the sold bonds, provided that registration of bonds arising from the opening of the issuance shall be considered upon the Ministry of Finance request.

- Granting Sarkis Nizar Sarkis Choprian a license to perform the activities of financial brokerage after paying the prescribed fees.
