Board's Decisions in 19 of May 2020

Approving the registration of Corporate Bond of 100.000 bonds, with a nominal value of JD 1000 per one bond, at a total value of JD 100.000.000 with a maximum limit for 15 years through non-public offer for a number of persons shall not exceed 30 persons provided that:
1. These bonds shall not list at ASE.
2. Completing the procedures for issuing these bonds at the Securities Depository.
3. Completing the procedures for issuing these bonds at the Securities Depository Center.
4. Payment of prescribed fees.
