Board's Decisions in 13th May 2020

 Revoking the license of Prime Global Investment Company to practice financial advisory activities   in the local financial market, based on the Provisions of Article (61) of the Securities Law.
 Approving the registration of  Corporate bond BANDAR Trading & Investment of  140 bonds with a nominal value of JD 50.000 per bond, a total value of JD 7 million for 359 days through un-public offer for a number of not exceeding 30 persons with a permission of listing these bonds at ASE provided that as follows:- 
 1. Number of subscribers in these bonds shall not exceed (30) persons.
 2.Completing the procedures for issuing these bonds at the Securities Depository Center within a maximum period of (10) working days from the date of closing the subscription.
3. Payment of the prescribed fees.
4. Notify the Commission, the Amman Stock Exchange and the Securities Depository Center in writing.
