Board's Decisions in 10/MAY/2020

In light of the legal requirements for the disclosure of the annual reports in accordance with the provisions of the Instructions of Financial Services Licensing and Registration for the year 2005, and in light of the suspension of trading at  Amman Stock Exchange, which led to the suspension of disclosure to non-issuing financial services companies, and to enable these companies to comply with these requirements, the Board decided to extend the legal period  to provide the Commission with annual reports for the year ending on 31/12/2019 for non-issuing financial services companies until 15/6/2020.
