Board's Decisions in 14/3/2019

- Approving the registration of (60) sixty corporate bonds with a nominal value of JD (50,000) fifty thousand per bond and a total value of JD (3,000,000) three million, for a period of (359) days, through the non-public offer of a number of persons not exceeding (30) persons, with the permission to list these bonds at the Amman Stock Exchange, provided that:
1- Commitment that the number of subscribers to these bonds shall not exceed (30) persons.
2- Complete the procedures for issuing these bonds at the Securities Depository Center within a maximum period of (10) working days from the date of closing the subscription.
3- Payment of the prescribed fees.
- Granting Emerging Markets Company for Financial Services and Investment a license to perform the activities of an Introducing Broker in foreign stock exchanges, provided that:
  * Payment of the prescribed fees of JD500.
  * A bank guarantee to the order of the Commission at an amount of JD (150,000) one hundred and fifty thousand as specified by the Board of Commissioners.
* The requirements of the activities mentioned  in Article (6) of the Instructions of Regulating the Dealing of Financial Services Activities Companies at Foreign Stock Exchanges.
- Approving of amendment of the Instructions Of Issuing Companies Disclosure , Accounting and Auditing Standards, by adding the following article:
* The issuing company shall disclose in both Arabic and English the following:-
A- Periodic financial statements.
b- Non-financial disclosures mentioned in the legislation.
This amendment shall be effective as of the date of this Decision.
