Board's Decisions in 27/2/2019

- Approving the registration of the sixth issue of Jordanian Treasury bonds for the year 2019, at a maturity of 5/2/2026, with the value of JD100 million, and to address the Securities Depository Center to register them.
- Granting Cairo Amman Bank a license to perform the activities of investment management and financial advisory, provided that the prescribed fees of JD 1250 are paid, in accordance with the provisions of Article (3/a) of the Instructions of Financial Services Licensing for and Registration for the year 2005
- Granting Mr. Fouad Al-Sunna’ a license to practice the activities of investment management and financial advisory, in accordance with the provisions of Article (45) of the Instructions of Financial Services Licensing for and Registration for the year 2005, and the basis for accrediting natural persons to perform the activities of  financial services licensed by the Commission, after paying the prescribed fees of JD 50.
