Board’s Decisions of 2/03/2021

Approving the registration of the first issue of Jordanian treasury bonds issued in US Dollars for the year 2021, at a maturity of 21/6/2026 at a value of US  Dollar 500 million, provided that not listing these bonds at Amman Stock Exchange and addressing the Securities Depository Center to register them.

- Approval of registration   the following issues:
•  The fourth issue of Jordanian Treasury Bonds for the year 2021 at a maturity of 24/1/2023 at a value of JD 100 million for 2 years.
• The fifth issue of Jordanian Treasury Bonds for the year 2021 at a maturity of 14/1/2026  at a value of JD 75 million for 5 years.
• The sixth issue of Jordanian Treasury Bonds for the year 2021 at a maturity of 24/1/2036 at a value of JD75 million for 15 years.
• The seventh issue of Jordanian treasury bonds for the year 2021 at a maturity of 4/2/2036  at value of JD 75 million  for 15 years.
Addressing the Securities Depository Center to register them.
• The eighth issue of Jordanian treasury bond for the year 2021, at a maturity of 10/2/2026 , at a value of JD 75 million for 5 years.
• The ninth issue of Jordanian treasury bonds for the year 2021, at a maturity of 17/2/2024 , at a value of JD 75 million for 3years.
• The tenth issue of Jordanian treasury bonds for the year 2021, at a maturity of 21/2/2026 , at a value of JD 75 million for 5 years.
• The first issue of Jordanian treasury bills for the year 2021, at a maturity of 17/8/2021, at a value of JD 25 million for 6 months.
Addressing the Securities Depository Center for registering them.
