Board's Decisions in 21/1/2019

- Granting Ms. Tahani Mahmoud Abu Shamat a license to perform the activities of financial brokerage after paying the prescribed fees.
- Approving the registration of the auditors, whose details are mentioned below, in the register of auditors qualified to audit the accounts of entities subject to the Commission’s supervision:

- Approving the registration of the auditor, Mr. Osama Musa Muhammad Abu Touq, who holds License No. 381 and works for the Oasis Audit Office, in the register of auditors qualified to audit the accounts of entities subject to the supervision of the Commission, with the exception of public shareholding companies.
- Publishing the names of the auditors mentioned above and registered in the register on the Commission website.

- Informing the Companies Controller of the names of the auditors mentioned above.
- Amend the provisions of Article (8) of the Instructions of Issuing Companies Disclosure, Accounting and Auditing Standards, by adding a paragraph (7) to Article (8/A) related to profit differences supported by the external auditor, according to the following formula, and issuing a circular to that:
- 8- The issuing company shall inform the Commission without delay to achieve the required speed and issue a public statement immediately when any material information occurs, especially the following:
-  (a) significant changes to any of the following:
     7- The differences between the preliminary results and the annual financial statements corroborated by the external auditor.
-  This amendment shall be effective as of the date.
