- Approving the registration in capital increase in shares of Alia – Royal Jordanian Airlines of 28.205.128 shares through non-public offering with an issuance discount of JD1per share,   under the condition of completing of the issuance procedures within a maximum of 6 months from the next working day of the date of the Commission's letter approving the registration of the shares and payment of the prescribed fees.
