Board's Decisions at 14/11/2018

- Approving the registration of the 21st  issuance of Jordanian treasury bills for the year 2018 at a maturity of 30/4/2019 at a value of JD 10.000.000 million, and addressing the Securities Depository Center for registering them.

- Approving the registration of capital increase of National Chlorine Manufacturing Company   of 11 million shares at a nominal value of JD1 per share through capitalization of account payable of JD 11.000.280 million  in accordance with financial statements of  National Chlorine Manufacturing Company as of 30/6/2018 and distribution of these shares to Mr. Mahmood Khalil Abu Rub  with an issuance price of JD1 per share, under the following conditions:
- Banning the disposal of shares for one  year from the date of the completion of the issuance procedures with the Commission.
-  Completing the issuance procedures within a maximum of 30 working days from the next working day of the date of the Commission's letter approving the registration of the shares.
- Payment of the prescribed fees.
The report regarding the capitalization of debts which is submitted by the Board of Directors of the company shall be disclosed attached to it the capitalized debts, the evaluation mechanism and how the debts arise.
