Board's Decisions at 25/7/2018

• Approving the registration of the bonds arising from reopening the 10th  issuance  of  JD 100 million for the second time at a maturity of 24/5/2021. Hence, the balance of the existing issuance reached to JD 200 million.
• Approving the registration of the bonds arising from reopening the 10th  issuance  of  JD 100 million at a maturity of 12/6/2028. Hence, the balance of the existing issuance amounted to JD 200 million, and addressing the Securities Depository Centre to register the sold bonds at a value of  JD 100 million.
• Approving the registration of  bonds arising from the re-opening of the 7th  issuance of Jordanian treasury bonds for the year 2017 for the second time with a value of JD 100 million and at a maturity on 12/2/2022.
• Approving the registration of the 14th issuance of Jordanian treasury bills for the year 2018 at a maturity of 15/10/2018 at a value of JD 25 million, and the registration of the 15th issuance of Jordanian treasury bills for the year 2018 at a maturity of 15/1/2019 at a value of JD 25 million and addressing the Securities Depository Centre for registering them.
• Approving the registration of the 13th  issuance of Jordanian treasury bonds for the year 2018 at a value of JD 50 million at a maturity of 15/7/2023 with an option to be reopened in the future not exceeding the amount of JD 200 million and addressing the Securities Depository Centre to register the sold bonds at a value of  JD 50 million. Bonds arising from the opening of issuance shall be registered upon the Ministry of Finance request.
