Board's Decisions 23/5/2018

- Revoking the  license of  Al salam for Financial Investments to perform the activities of  broker  at the request of the company.
 
- Approving  the registration of Mrs. Khlood Kameel Nasrallah Azar to perform the activities of financial brokerage after paying the prescribed fees.

- Approving the registration of Mr. Ali Bassam Borhan Hassiban to perform the activities of financial brokerage after paying the prescribed fees.


- Approving  the registration of the 9th issuance of treasury bills for the year 2018, at a value of JD 50 million at a maturity of 24/5/2018 and addressing the Securities Depository Center for registering them.

- Approving the registration of the capital increase in shares of the Jordan Ahli Bank of 9,187,500 shares, through the capitalization of JD 9,187,500 from voluntary  reserves  and distribute  these shares as stock dividends , on pro rata basis, after paying the prescribed fees.


- Approving the registration of capital increase in shares of Siniora Food Industries of 3,000,000 shares, through the capitalization of JD 3,000,000 of retained earnings and distribute them as stock dividends on pro-rata basis after paying the   prescribed fees.

- Approving the registration of capital increase in shares of The Consultant& Investment Group of 945,000 shares, through capitalization of JD 945,000 of retained earnings and distribute them as stock dividends on pro –rata basis after paying the prescribed fees.

- Approving the registration of capital increase  in share of the Middle East Insurance of 1,050,000 shares, through capitalization of JD 1,050,000 of retained earnings and distribute them as stock dividends on pro rata basis  after paying the prescribed fees.

- Revoking a license for Wameed  for Financial& Investment services  to perform dealer activities upon their request.
