- Approving the registration of Bonds arising from reopening of the first issuance of Treasury Bonds for the year 2018 at a value of JD100 million at a maturity of 21/1/2020. Hence the balance of the outstanding issuance amounted to JD 150 million in accordance to the issuance conditions, and addressing the Securities Depository Center to register the sold bonds at a value of JD100 million. Bonds arising from the opening of the issuance shall be registered upon the Ministry of Finance request.
- Approving the registration of the second issuance of Treasury Bonds for the year 2018 at a value of JD 100 million at a maturity of 25/1/2021 with an option to be reopened in the future with an amount of JD 350 million according to the issuance conditions, and addressing the Securities Depository Center to register the sold bonds at a value of JD 100 million, provided that registration of bonds arising from the opening of issuance shall be considered upon the Ministry of Finance request.
4) Approving the registration of the third issuance of Treasury bonds for the year 2018 at a value of JD 100 million at a maturity of 11/2/2023, with an option to be reopened in the future not exceeding the amount of JD 200 million according to the issuance conditions, and addressing the Securities Depository Centre to register the sold bonds at an amount of JD 100 million.
5) Approving the registration of Corporate Bonds of the Jordan Mortgage Refinance Company of 100,000 bonds at a face value of JD 1.000 per bond, with a total value of JD 100,000,000 at a maturity of a maximum of 15 years according to the issuing conditions through non-public offer for a number of persons not exceeding 30 persons, taking into account the following conditions:
- Not to list these bonds on Amman Stock Exchange.
- Number of subscribers in these bonds or holders shall not exceed 30 persons in any time until the maturity date.
- Completing the issuing procedures of these bonds at the Securities Depository Center.
- Payment of the prescribed fees as required.
