Board's Decisions 10/4/2018

 
- Approving the registration of the 7th issuance of Jordanian Treasury  Bonds for the year 2018 at a maturity of 21/3/2023 at a value of JD 100 million, and addressing the Securities Depository Centre for registering them. 

- Approving the registration of the 8th issuance of Jordanian Treasury Bonds for the year 2018 at a maturity of  25/3/2021 at a value of JD 100 million and addressing the Securities Depository Center for registering them.

- Granting Al-Omana'a Portfolio and Investment Co. a license to perform the activities of  issuance management / best effort and issuance trustee provided that the company shall submit a bank guarantee to the order of the Commission at an amount of JD 115,000 and pay the prescribed fees of JD 1500 pursuant to Article (47/a) of Securities Law No. 18 for the year 2017 and Article (3/a) of the Instructions of Financial Services Licensing and Registration for the year 2005. 

- Approving  the registration of   Mr. Khalid Ali Al-Rimawi to perform the activities of  issuance trustee pursuant to the Bases of Registering Natural Person to Perform the Activities of Financial Services, and Article (7) of the Bases  mentioned above after paying the prescribed fees. 

- Granting Sabaek Financial Services Company a license to perform the activities of financial broker in foreign stock exchanges provided that the company shall submit the following: 

1- Payment of the prescribed fees of JD 500.
2- A bank guarantee to the order of the Commission at an amount of 350,000 as specified by the Board of Commissioners.
3- The requirements of the activities mentioned  in Article (6) of The Instructions of Dealing of Financial Services Activities Companies at Foreign Stock Exchange. 

- Approving the registration of Ola Mahmoud Abu-Rae'd to perform the activities of financial brokerage, after paying the prescribed fees.
