Board's Decisions 7/2/2018

 
• Approving the registration of the first issuance of Jordanian Treasury Bills for the year 2018 at a value of JD 50 million at a maturity of 21/1/2020, with an option to be reopened in the future with an amount not exceeding JD 200 million according to the issuance conditions attached with the Central Bank letter, and addressing the Securities Depository Centre to register the sold bonds at a value of  JD 50 million, provided that registration of  bonds arising from the opening of the issuance shall be considered upon  the Ministry of Finance request. 

• Granting Noor Capital  for Financial Broker and International Markets a license to perform the following: 
First: Activities of financial brokerage in the local market pursuant to Article (47/a) of  Securities Law No. 18 for the year 2017, and Article (3/a) of the Instructions of  Financial Services Licensing and Registration for the year 2005 provided that the company shall submit to the JSC the following:
1) Payment of the prescribed fees of JD 500
2) A bank guarantee to the order of  the Commission at an amount of 150,000 as specified by the Board.
3) The administrative and regulatory procedures to carry out the company's activities.


Second: Activities of the financial brokerage and investment manager in Foreign Stock Exchange pursuant to Article (3) of The Instructions of Regulating  the Dealing of Financial Services Companies at Foreign Stock Exchanges provided that the company shall submit the following: 
1)Payment of the prescribed fees of JD 1000.
2) A bank guarantee to the order of the Commission at the amount of JD 600,000 as specified by the Board.
3) The requirements of the activities mentioned in Article (6) of The Instructions of Dealing of Financial Services Companies at Foreign Stock Exchange. 



- Approving the registration of the auditors Mr. Tariq Yousuf Abdel-Rahman Ebzai' and Mr. Ahmad Mustafa Ramadan, who work for Business Solutions Company for Auditing  Accounts, in the register of auditors qualified to audit the accounts of entities subject to the Commission's monitoring and supervision.

- Approving the registration of Mr. Nidal Shafik Mohamed Ali to perform the activities of financial brokerage after paying the prescribed fees.

- Granting Ajyad Securities Company a license to perform the activities of the introducing broker in foreign stock exchanges pursuant to the provisions of Article (3) of the Instructions of Regulating  the Dealing of Financial Services Companies at Foreign Stock Exchanges, provided that the company shall submit to the JSC the following: 

1) Payment of the prescribed fees of JD 500
2) A bank guarantee to the order of the Commission  at  an amount of JD 150,000 as specified by the Board 
3) The requirements of the activities mentioned in  before the commencement of the work, the company shall complete all the requirements stipulated in Article (6) of the Instructions of Regulating the Dealing of Financial Services Companies at Foreign Stock Exchanges 2017.

- Approving the registration of the auditors Mr. Adnan Mohammad Abdel-Mawla Al-Dardeesi and Mr. Radwan Sulaiman Dawoud Badawi, who work for Wise Auditors for Auditing Accounts in the register of auditors qualified to audit the accounts of entities subject to the Commission's monitoring and supervision.
- Approving the registration of the first issuance of Treasury bills for the year 2018 at a maturity of 30/4/2018 at a value of JD 50 million and addressing the Securities Depository Centre for registering them.
- Approving the registration of the second issuance of Treasury bills for the year 2018 at a maturity of 30/7/2018 at a value of JD 50 million and addressing the Securities Depository Centre to register them.
