Board's Decisions date 07/09/2010

1. Approve full registration of capital shares of Al Daman for Investments P.L.C. of (10) million shares at the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC) at the share JD (1) nominal value & approve the related prospectus, in condition that fees are settled as deemed proper.
2. Approve the registration of the 37th issuance of Jordanian treasury bonds for the year 2010 at a maturity date on August 19. 2012, at a value of JD (50) million & address the Securities Depository Center (SDC) to register them.
3. Approve the registration of the 3rd issuance of Housing & Urban Development Corporation bills at a maturity date on August 18. 2011, at a value of JD (25) million & address the Securities Depository Center (SDC) to register them.
4. Approve to register Jordan Mortgage Refinance bond, at a nominal value of JD (73) million at a maximum period of time of 15 years through non public offer to investors stated in the special terms of this bond, in condition that the following terms are met:
* Bonds must be traded over the counter & by the custodian. Bonds must not be listed at the Amman Stock Exchange (ASE).
* Number of subscribers in these bonds &/or bondholders must not exceed 30 persons at any time & until bonds due date.
* Settlement of fees as deemed proper.
