Board's Decisions 16/06/2010

1. Approve City Group Company to mortgage capital increase in shares it owns in Comprehensive Multiple Transportation Company for the benefit of International Finance Cooperation (IFC), in condition that City Group Company & IFC adhere in writing that they will not use these shares in any other way, prior one year of registering these shares at Jordan Securities Commission (JSC). 
2. Approve the registration of the 25th issuance of Jordanian treasury bonds for the year 2010 at a maturity date on November 26. 2011, at a value of JD (50) million & address the Securities Depository Center (SDC) to register them.
3. Approve the registration of the 43rd issuance of Jordan Water Authority bonds at a maturity date on May 27. 2013, at a value of JD (11.5) million & address the Securities Depository Center (SDC) to register them.
4. Approve registration of capital increase in shares of Royal Jordanian Air Academy Company of (7,431,425) shares by capitalizing JD (7,431,425) from issuance premium & distributing them to Company shareholders according to their contribution in the capital, in condition that fees are settled as deemed proper.
5. Approve registration of capital increase in shares of Jordan International Insurance Company of (1,650,000) million shares by capitalizing JD (1,650,000) million from retained earnings & issuance premium & distributing them as free shares to shareholders; each shareholder according to his contribution in the capital, in condition that fees are settled as deemed proper.
