*Approve the registration of the 9th issuance of Jordanian treasury bonds for the year 2010 at a maturity date on March 9. 2013, at a value of JD (50) million and address the Securities Depository Center to register them.
*Approve the registration of the 11th issuance of Jordanian treasury bonds for the year 2010 at a maturity date on March 22. 2013, at a value of JD (50) million and address the Securities Depository Center to register them.
*Approve the registration of the 12th issuance of Jordanian treasury bonds for the year 2010 at a maturity date on April 1. 2015, at a value of JD (50) million and address the Securities Depository Center to register them.
*Approve the registration of the 13th issuance of Jordanian treasury bonds for the year 2010 at a maturity date on April 4. 2013, at a value of JD (47) million and address the Securities Depository Center to register them.
*Approve the registration of the 14th issuance of Jordanian treasury bonds for the year 2010 at a maturity date on April 6. 2013, at a value of JD (50) million and address the Securities Depository Center to register them.
*Approve the registration of capital increase in shares of Rum Group for Transportation and Tourism Investment Ltd of (1) million shares by offering these shares for general subscription to company shareholders at an issuance price of JD 1 per share, and approve the related prospectus in condition that fees are paid as deemed proper.
*Approve Comprehensive Multiple Transportation request to register its (15) million shares resulting of increasing its capital shares at an issuance price of JD 1per share, by allocating the increase in shares to the strategic shareholder-City Group Public Shareholding Company (Kuwait) in condition that the following terms are met:
1. Prohibit dealing in these shares for one year starting from the date of fulfilling issuance procedures at the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC).
2. Fulfill shares issuance procedures within 10 working days from the date of notifying the company of this decision.
3. Settle fees as deemed proper.
