Board's Decisions 08/03/2010

1. Approve the registration of the 4th issuance of Jordanian treasury bonds for the year 2010 at a maturity date on February 21. 2013, at a value of JD (50) million and to address the Securities Depository Center (SDC) to register them.
2. Approve to grant Cairo Amman Bank a license to practice Safe Keeping Services after paying the due fees of JD (1,500).
Approve the registration of the 1st issuance of Jordanian treasury bills for the year 2010 at a maturity date on August 11. 2010, at a value of JD (50) million and to address the Securities Depository Center (SDC) to register them.
3. Approve the registration of the 5th issuance of Jordanian treasury bonds for the year 2010 at a maturity date on February 24. 2013, at a value of JD (50) million and to address the Securities Depository Center (SDC) to register them.
4. Approve the coverage of unsubscribed increase in shares of Jordan Tanning Company of (123,027) shares by allocating them to Maher Hassan Yusuf Al-Khateib; a shareholder, at an issuance price of JD (3.53) per share.
