First - Local and International Memoranda of Understanding

The Jordan Securities Commission (JSC) has entered into numerous agreements and memoranda of understanding with international entities, most notably financial market regulatory bodies and relevant Arab and international organizations.

The JSC has also entered into several agreements and memoranda of understanding with local entities to promote financial literacy and awareness, and to enhance communication and coordination among these entities to achieve shared objectives.

Second - Memberships

In line with the JSC's efforts to develop the legislative framework of the national capital market, in accordance with best international standards and practices, the JSC has joined a number of international organizations and bodies. This allows the JSC to keep pace with the latest developments in financial market regulation, ensure the application of the latest standards, and mitigate risks. The JSC is also committed to representing the Kingdom and safeguarding its interests by participating in vital issues and important decisions, and by being present on various projects and committees within regional and international organizations.
