Dr. Mohamed Abdulsattar Jaradat officially assumed his duties as a Member of the Board of Commissioners on September 21, 2025. With more than two decades of experience in finance, banking, and investment across Jordan and the wider region, Dr. Jaradat is recognized as a leading expert and trusted advisor in financial services, corporate governance, and wealth management.

Throughout his career, he has held strategic leadership roles, including serving as President of the Jordanian Syndicate of Owners of Financial Services Companies and sitting on the boards of several prominent investment and financial institutions. He has also worked as a financial advisor to major business groups locally and regionally, providing vision and strategic insight into many financial matters. At the executive level, he has served as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer in Jordanian and Arab companies specializing in industry, financial services, and local and global stock exchanges.

Dr. Jaradat’s academic achievements reflect his strong commitment to advancing financial knowledge. He holds Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Master’s degree in Financial Management, and PhD in Islamic Banking. He is a licensed financial broker, securities issuance manager, and certified tax expert, in addition to being an accredited board member under internationally recognized corporate governance programs in collaboration with the International Finance Corporation (IFC).

He has also contributed to shaping national economic policies through his participation in the financial services sector’s working sessions dedicated to formulating the Second Executive Program of the Economic Modernization Vision.

As a financial and academic leader, Dr. Jaradat has published specialized research in economics, Islamic banking, media, and virtual currencies in several internationally ranked and peer-reviewed journals. He is widely recognized as a trainer and lecturer at leading local and international institutions and is a frequent speaker at regional and national economic conferences.

His expertise spans finance, investment, budgeting and taxation, and corporate governance, where he continues to play a vital role in shaping policies, advancing professional practices, and strengthening governance standards in the financial sector.
