An awareness workshop for employees of the Jordan Securities Commission and capital market institutions to promote awareness of information security and protection from cyber threats

Jordan Securities Commission organized this Morning an awareness workshop at its headquarters for a number of its employees and employees of capital market institutions on cybersecurity. 

The workshop; held in cooperation with experts at the National Cyber Security Center; aimed to enhance security awareness and protect information from increasing cyber threats, as well as to familiarize participants with the most prominent cyber risks and methods of prevention. 

In conclusion, best practices for maintaining information security in the workplace were reviewed, which contributes to raising the level of readiness and compliance with security standards, and the user’s responsibility in protecting against cyber risks was addressed.
