The Jordan Securities Commission Publishes Draft Regulations for Licensing Virtual Asset Service Providers and Opens Public Feedback on the Draft via the Government Communication Platform

 
In line with the principle of public participation, the Jordan Securities Commission has made the draft regulations for licensing virtual asset service providers available to all visitors of its website and all relevant parties to whom copies have been sent. The Commission invites interested parties to review the draft and provide their consultations, suggestions, and opinions on it, with the aim of enriching and developing the regulations before their final approval. The draft regulations can be viewed, and consultations, suggestions, and opinions can be submitted, through the government communication platform.
