Disclosure Department

The disclosure department in charge of following up with the issuing company to publish and provide the commission with its periodic reports such as the preliminary business results, the annual report, and the semi-annual report within a specific period. Also, to make sure that any issuing company, which changes its fiscal year, shall prepare the financial statements covering the transitional period, publish, and provide the commission with it. Additionally, the issuing company shall inform the commission and announce immediately of any material fact, including the changes of the securities owned or acquired by any insider in the issuing company or his relatives, any person having 5% or more of any securities of an issuing company, and any registered person practicing financial brokerage, as well as the disclosure of the mutual funds of its periodic reports and material facts.
