Board of Commissioners

The Jordan Securities Commission has five full-time commissioners including the chairman and deputy chairman. They are appointed by the Cabinet of Ministers and must be designated by a Royal Decree. The Law prohibits each member from engaging in any other profession or job in both the private and the public sectors. It also obliges them to declare in writing immediately upon appointment their ownership of securities and their families.
